CAT6 Shielded Industrial Bulkhead Coupler, Water Sealed, Outdoor RJ45
Our Industrial Grade Outdoor, Female-Female Couplers are the perfect option for your networking applications that require equipment to be in wet or debris-filled environments. Our Outdoor Industrial Couplers mount flush against the wall plate and create a watertight seal. These Shielded Industrial bulkhead RJ45 Couplers feature a 50-micron gold plated contact pin and a female-female configuration. The Industrial Outdoor Couplers are ideal for protecting electrical equipment in the most messy of environments. Additionally, these Shielded Industrial Couplers are compatible with our Outdoor Industrial Wall Plates and are IP67-rated.

The IP Code (or International Protection Rating) consists of the letter IP followed by two digits and an optional letter. This standardized rating system is designed to clarify misleading terms such as: "waterproof", "water resistant", etc. As defined in international standard IEC 60529, it classifies the degrees of protection provided against the intrusion of solid objects including body parts, dust, accidental contact, and water in electrical enclosures.
First Digit: Solids
The first digit indicates the level of protection that the enclosure provides against access to hazardous parts (e.g., electrical conductors, moving parts) and the ingress of solid foreign objects.

The second digit indicates the level of protection of the equipment inside the enclosure against harmful ingress of water.
