Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR) Policy
Buyer acknowledges that all made-to-order and custom-made products are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Once an order for made-to-order and/or custom products is confirmed by Primus Cable, the order cannot be cancelled, and the products cannot be returned for refund or credit, except as required by applicable law.
NCNR products include, but are not limited to:
- Cut copper cable / cut fiber optic cable
- Custom copper cable assemblies
- Custom fiber optic assemblies
- Special orders
- Non-standard products
- Products not customarily stocked by Primus Cable
- End-of-life (EOL) / discontinued products
*This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. Other products may be designated as NCNR on a quote, sales order, or invoice.*
Lead Times & Stock Availability: Lead times are approximate and subject to change without notice. Lead times depend on capacity and raw material availability at time of order placement. Stock is subject to prior sale. Primus Cable shall not be liable for delays or changes in lead times.
Order Changes & Cancellations: All order changes and cancellations are subject to Primus Cable’s approval. Cancellation charges are dependent upon the stage of work in process and the financial implications of manufacturing capacity reserved to produce the product — up to 100% of the order value. Make-to-order products are non-returnable.
