AC1200 Wi-Fi Range Extender
Expand the reach of your existing Wi-Fi network with the RE305 Dual-Band AC1200 Wi-Fi Range Extender. This range extender supports the 802.11ac Wi-Fi network standard and operates on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies offering a total Wi-Fi throughput of up to 1167 Mbps. In addition to enhanced Wi-Fi performance, users benefit from broader coverage thanks to the dual external antennas. To accompany the wireless connectivity, the RE305 also comes equipped with a single Fast Ethernet port to turn a wired connection into a wireless access point.
Setup and management of your wireless network through the RE305 Range Extender is simple using the TP-Link Tether app available for both Android and iOS based devices. Once installed you can manage various aspects of the network including the ability to see who's connected to your network, set permissions, set time constraints, and much more. Finding the right location for the RE305 has also been simplified as it comes with an Intelligent Signal Light that lights up blue when you have a good connection and red when the range extender is too far from the router.
The RE305 Range Extender connects to your Wi-Fi router wirelessly, strengthening and expanding its signal into areas it can't reach on its own while reducing signal interference to ensure reliable Wi-Fi coverage throughout your home or office.
