Description
Pre-Wired 66 Block with Male or Female Amphenol Connectors, 50 Pair
Dynacom's 66 block is a punch down block containing rows of four IDC style clips. It is used for terminating 22-26 AWG solid copper cross-connect station wiring for many types of phone systems. The Pre-Wired 66 Block is available with male or female connectors in a single or double configuration. Once the cross connect wires have been distributed to the proper terminals, a bridge clip is used to finish the terminations. A bridge clip is used to connect two center terminals of a split block, effectively completing the circuit and connecting the left and right side of the 66 block. The metal bridge clips can be easily removed in order to allow the service subscriber or the service provider to split a circuit or troubleshoot problem areas of the circuit. Pre-wired and unwired 66 Punchdown Blocks often require an 89B bracket to fasten and hold the wiring block firmly against the backboard or wall.

Telco Block Accessories
Telco blocks are utilized to connect phone systems to data networks. There are two popular forms of telco blocks: the 66 block and the 110 block. The 66 block is quite common in modern phone systems, as they simplify connecting multiple phone lines. The 66 block is also referred to as B-blocks, M-blocks, and as split-50 blocks. We also have Cable Distribution Spools, or mushroom posts for managing your cross connect wire. It is designed for mounting onto walls or other surfaces to help support and guide your cross connect wire. Our cable distribution spools are also ideal for Cat3 cable for telephone applications.
