Description

Tracer Tape: Woven Polyester with 22AWG Locator Wire - Price per Foot, Tensile Strength Options: 1250, 1800, and 2500 Pounds.

When it comes to underground ductwork, our Tracer Tape reigns supreme as the top choice for experts. It incorporates a robust copper conductor resistant to corrosion, seamlessly integrated into our leading Tracer Tape line. This results in a versatile product capable of locating, pulling, and measuring both duct and fiber.

Simply direct a radio signal onto the Tracer Tape and follow standard locating procedures for effortless detection. Thanks to our Pull Tape's industry-leading low shrink factors, Tracer Tape is extrusion-friendly, allowing for easy pre-insertion by manufacturers or blowing into ducts at the job site.

All Tracer Tapes come equipped with printed sequential footage markings for precise measurements and are factory pre-lubricated for smooth pulling without any risk of duct burn-through, unlike traditional rope products.

With a legacy of excellence behind our brand, Tracer Tape embodies tomorrow's technology today by offering a single-product solution for locating, measuring, and pulling.

Features

Features

  • Pull, measure and locate with one product.
  • Low coefficient of friction value minimizes burn-through of duct.
  • Eliminates additional labor required for string, rope, winch line combination. One tape does it all.
  • Order continuous lengths from 3,000 feet to 100,000 feet to meet your requirements.
  • Minimizes puckering in the extrusion process - less footage required for innerduct runs.
  • Special silicone lubricant which is compatible with innerduct lubricants and greatly minimizes the possibility of burn-through in both PVC and HDPE ducts due to low coefficient of friction.
  • Easily blown through conduit or duct and the high tensile strength ratings permit the use of a single product versus the traditional string, rope, or winch line pulling process.
